A) Please have the
names of those attending as you would like them printed on their badges. We can change
these later if need be.
B) Enter your own church in
the company name area and the email address to send your confirmation
invoice. If you'll be paying with credit card use your exact billing
address for the card. You'll also need the 3 or 4 digit
security code (CVV) found on the back of VISA or MASTERCARD cards and
the front of AMX cards.
C) Make any checks out to Fits & Starts
Productions, LLC and mail them to P.O. Box 1422, Eatontown, NJ 07724 to arrive at least 7 days prior
the workshop. We accept both personal and church checks. Please write the name of your church
and order number in the comments area of your check.
D) Refund Policy - Registrations cancelled ten
(10) or more days in advance of a workshop may receive a refund
minus a 10% handling fee. No refunds for cancellations made less
than ten (10) days prior to a workshop. We reserve the right to cancel
workshops with 24 hours notice due to lack of attendance or inclement
weather. In that unlikely event there will be a full refund issued.
